“ Every time I come to Malaga, I come back to Kosei Ramen I highly recommend the chefs Tantanmen ramen. Perfectly savory, spicy, and authentic. I just wished they were open more often! ”
“ Authentic delicious Japanese food! なつかしい!! Many restaurants around serve takoyaki these days but they are barely edible and bear little resemblance to the authentic ones, however, here at Kosei Ramen it was just like in Japan! The gyoza was also light and delicious, and they even have Nasu Dengaku, also delicious. Of course, the ramen is great too, but honestly I came for the other dishes. The servers are friendly and kind also. ”
“ The photos here don't really do this place justice, the atmosphere is far better than it appears to be. The ramen was rich with sesame and the umami of pork and kelp. The noodles come sightly under cooked but ease into the broth and soften over the course of dinner, take your time with it. Service very friendly and quick. Sadly the chicken tempura didn't really work. ”
“ Small and cozy place with a few options for Ramen. We had a few types and also their shrimp tempura and octopus balls. Staff was very nice. They are a little odd about reservations but overall great food, environment and experience. ”

The other one was Miso, which resembled no other Miso Ramen I have ever tasted, and not necessarily in a good way, because again it had some weird spice in it. Either way, the place is really cool, service was good, Mochi’s and Umeshu are good. ”

Everything was tasty, and the waiter was very friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant. Personally, I prefer Ramen with more intense flavors, and I found the broth a bit bland for my taste. However, I am quite picky. Overall, it was a good experience. ”
